About Me
Welcome! I am a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in perinatal and women’s mental health, providing compassionate support for women and families navigating the emotional complexities of grief, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. My practice is rooted in deep understanding and empathy for the challenges that arise during these life-changing transitions, including anxiety, perinatal loss, identity shifts, and relationship dynamics. Whether you are facing the joys and struggles of new motherhood or grieving a loss, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to help.
My Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost eight years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New York University and hold specialized certifications, including a Postpartum Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional designation from Evergreen Certifications.
My career in perinatal mental health began at two prominent hospitals in the New York Metro area, where I provided bedside support for perinatal patients from antepartum, pregnancy and postpartum coping with high risk pregnancies, perinatal mental health conditions and pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, termination for medical reasons and stillbirth.
I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute and in Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International, equipping me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers navigating grief, anxiety, and other challenges of motherhood.
